Why does it always seem like construction is being done on the roads, yet the roads are still littered with pot holes? Nothing ever seems to be getting fixed. Even the bridge to go from 427 to the Gardiner, they've been working on that for like 3 years....what can they be doing?
I'm sick and tired of waiting in traffic while the same streets get fixed every year and other streets that need to get fixed are left untouched!
